Colds & Flus
Please consider the well-being of others before coming in for your appointment with signs of a cold or flus. It is best to stay home, drink fluids, rest and recover. If you are unsure, please phone the office and discuss with your RMT.
Appointment Cancellations
We kindly ask you call our clinic promptly if you are unable to attend your appointment, we request that you give us 48 hour business day notice. Available appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation notice will give another patient the opportunity to make use of your allotted time.
No Show Policy / Missed Appointment
A no-show / missed appointment is someone who misses an appointment without 48 hour business day notice. We have voice mail which is able to take messages at any time. No shows or missed appointments inconvenience patients who are in need of our services.
At Quantum Massage Therapy our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. Please note that no shows, missed appointments and cancellations less than 48 hour business days are charged full rates. We respect our time as well as our patient’s time. We have implemented these policies in order to make it efficient for all involved.
